Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options for our customers:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
    • Cost: $5.00 (Free for orders over $75)

  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: $15.00

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, including but not limited to weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment status.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not available, please contact us at loyrezproject@gmail.com  for assistance.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a physical address for all shipments.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's government upon delivery. LOYREZ is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • LOYREZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
